Zesty Brunswick Stew
|Frozen chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red pepper seasoning||3 Drop (Bottled, Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Condensed golden mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Tomatoes||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen okra||10 Ounce, separated (1 Package)|
|Frozen fordhook lima beans||10 Ounce, separated (1 Package)|
|Fresh ears of corn/One 10 ounces package frozen whole kernel corn, separated||4 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Frozen fried chicken pieces||2 Pound (1 Package)|
Simmer onion in wine and red pepper seasoning in a large saucepan 5 minutes; add soup and tomatoes; bring to boiling; add okra, lima beans and corn; return to boiling.
Combine frozen chicken pieces in a 12 cup casserole with vegetable mixture; cover casserole.
Bake in moderate oven (375Â°) for 45 minutes, or until bubbling hot.
Serve with hot biscuits.
