Southwestern Rubbed Steak
|Tenderloin steak||1 Pound|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
Remove any visible fat from the steak.
Mix together the salt, sugar, cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper.
Press the spices firmly onto all sides of the steak and let stand for 5 minutes.
Lightly coat the grill with cookingspray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes, or according to your preference.
Cut the steak into 4 portions or slice thinly and serve on a warm platter.
