Colorado Barbecued Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Beef roast 1 Pound (pot)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Rub flour on meat; brown well on all sides in heavy kettle.
Slip rack under meat.
Add tomatoes, water, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cover; simmer 2 hours.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over meat; cover and simmer until tender 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
To serve, remove meat to hot platter.
