Cut bread with doughnut cutter.
Set aside doughnuts and centers.
Arrange crusts in well-greased 9-inch pan or dish; cover with cheese.
Arrange drained cooked broccoli over cheese; top with ham.
Arrange doughnuts and centers on top, forming 6 individual servings.
Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; add onion.
Pour mixture over ingredients in dish.
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 55 minutes.
Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes before serving.
