American Pork Chop Suey

Yummy American Chop Suey is a sumptuous preparation. This delicious Chop Suey extremely tempting and hard to overlook. Try the American Chop Suey the next time your friends come over, trust me, they will love it!
  Mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onions 2 Large
  Bacon slices 3 , cubed
  Lean pork shoulder 2 Pound, cut into cubes
  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chinese vegetables 1 Can (10 oz)
  Steamed rice/Can chinese noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Cut mushrooms, celery and onions in pieces.
Fry bacon and remove from pan.
Brown meat.
Add vegetables, cooked bacon, salt and pepper.
Add water blended with combined sugar and cornstarch.
Cook 30 minutes, stirring briskly.
Add Worcestershire sauce, bean sprouts and chinese vegetables.
Serve with steamed rice or chinese noodles.
May be cooked in oven at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
