American Pork Chop Suey
|Mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||3 , cubed|
|Lean pork shoulder||2 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Warm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Bean sprouts||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chinese vegetables||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Steamed rice/Can chinese noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Cut mushrooms, celery and onions in pieces.
Fry bacon and remove from pan.
Add vegetables, cooked bacon, salt and pepper.
Add water blended with combined sugar and cornstarch.
Cook 30 minutes, stirring briskly.
Add Worcestershire sauce, bean sprouts and chinese vegetables.
Serve with steamed rice or chinese noodles.
May be cooked in oven at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
