|Tart apples||4 Medium, cored and cubed (Leave Red Skin On For Color)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsalted walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Unsalted mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Lettuce leaves||3 (For Garnishing)|
In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts.
In a separate bowl, mix together lemon juice, yogurt, mayonnaise, and honey.
Stir until well blended.
Add dressing to apple mixture, mix well, and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
