Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Tart apples 4 Medium, cored and cubed (Leave Red Skin On For Color)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsalted walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Unsalted mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 3 (For Garnishing)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts.
In a separate bowl, mix together lemon juice, yogurt, mayonnaise, and honey.
Stir until well blended.
Add dressing to apple mixture, mix well, and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
