Pasta Coleslaw

The pasta coleslaw is a cooked pasta, cabbage and carrot salad that can be served in a cleslaw fashion. Tossed with green onions and salad dressing like mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and celery seed, th pasta coleslaw is a light and fresh salad that can be served as lunch.
Ingredients
  Tripolini 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Shredded cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Red Or Green)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook tripolini according to package directions.
Immediately drain in a colander.
Rinse with cold water; drain.
In a large bowl combine tripolini, cabbage, carrot, and onion.
Stir together salad dressing or mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, salt, and celery seed.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss lightly to coat.
Cover and chill for several hours.
