Prawn Creole

This prawn creole recipe is prepared with green prawns cooked in a microwave. Flavored with curry powder, chili powder, tomato paste, and onions, the prawns creole is cooked in chicken stock and can be served over rice. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Prawns 500 Gram, shelled and deveined
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Capsicum 1 , chopped
  Celery stick 1 , sliced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole tomatoes 425 Gram (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, melt butter for 20 seconds, add onion, capsicum and celery cook for 3 minutes on HIGH.

Stir in flour, tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock, parsley, sugar, salt and chilli powder; mix well.

Cook uncovered for 5 minutes on HIGH, stirring once.

Add prawns and cook for 8-10 minutes on MEDIUM, stirring twice.
Serve with rice.
