Plain Spoon Bread
|Stock||2 Cup (32 tbs), cold|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Blend cold stock with cornmeal in saucepan.
Heat gradually to boiling point.
Remove from heat and blend in remaining ingredients.
Turn into oiled square pan.
Bake at 400°F, 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
