Peanut Sunflower Waldorf Salad
|Apples||4 , cored, cut into quarters|
|Celery stalks||2 , cut into 3 inch pieces|
|Peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Chop the apples, two at a time, very coarsely with the metal blade.
Chop the celery.
Chop the peanuts coarsely.
Combine the apples, celery, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and raisins in a large bowl.
Add sufficient mayonnaise to moisten.
Serve cold in lettuce cups.
