Taiwan Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Carrots 3 Medium, pared and shredded
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine cabbage and carrots in a large serving bowl.
Cover; chill.
Mix mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; chill.
Just before serving, pour dressing over vegetable mixture; toss lightly to mix.
