Sour Cream-Apple Slaw

Ingredients
  Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 3 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded green cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded red cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cubed unpeeled apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

For coleslaw dressing, in a mixing bowl stir together sour cream, beaten egg yolk, lemon juice, prepared horseradish, sugar, paprika, and salt; mix well.
In a large mixing bowl place shredded green and red cabbage and the cubed apples.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss thoroughly to coat.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
