Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs) (0.5 Small Head)
  Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Large Carrot)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Italian salad dressing mix 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine cabbage, carrot, celery and sliced onion in a medium size bowl.
Prepare salad dressing mix with vinegar, water and oil, following label directions.
Heat 1/2 cup of the prepared dressing just to boiling; pour over vegetables; toss lightly.
Refrigerate remaining dressing to use for salads at other meals
