Lemon Peach Cobbler

Peach cobbler is a favorite spring time dessert of mine that I never tire of making. The peach cobbler is a cooked dessert that is prepared with fresh peaches cooked with cornstarch and brown suagr. Topped with biscuit topper and flavored with a dash of lemon juice, the peach cobbler is a must try.
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh peaches||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Biscuit topper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Mix first 3 ingredients; add peaches.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Add butter and lemon juice; pour into 2 individual casseroles.
Add Biscuit Topper as for Rhubarb Cobbler (above).
Bake at 400Â° for 25 minutes.
