Rye Popovers

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rye flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend eggs, milk, oil and salt.
Stir in flour.
Beat until smooth.
Turn into well-oiled hot popover pan.
Bake at 500° F.
for 10 minutes, then at 350° F. for 20 minutes longer.
