Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4
  Beef liver 1 Pound, sliced
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Fry bacon until crisp; remove bacon and drain.
Drain off all but 3 tablespoons fat.
Coat liver with flour; brown in bacon fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients except bacon.
Cover tightly; simmer 20 minutes.
Garnish with bacon.
