Short Ribs Hawaiian

Short Ribs Hawaiian is a yummmy meat preparation that will definitely be a winner at the next party you host. I served the Short Ribs Hawaiian last week for my husbands' colleagues and they loved it. Don’t miss this one out.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 , sliced into thin rings
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Beef short ribs 3 Pound
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Gently saute onion rings in shortening.
When onion rings are yellow and soft, remove from cooker.
Brown the ribs on all sides, adding extra shortening if needed.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs.
Close cover and put regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 25 minutes.
Allow the ribs to cool naturally.
Serve the ribs with rice and a pineapple salad to complete the flavor of the islands.
