Short Ribs Hawaiian
|Onion||1 , sliced into thin rings|
|Beef short ribs||3 Pound|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Gently saute onion rings in shortening.
When onion rings are yellow and soft, remove from cooker.
Brown the ribs on all sides, adding extra shortening if needed.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs.
Close cover and put regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 25 minutes.
Allow the ribs to cool naturally.
Serve the ribs with rice and a pineapple salad to complete the flavor of the islands.
