Easy Spoon Bread
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||3 , lightly beaten|
|Egg whites||3 , stiffly beaten|
Preheat oven to 375Â°F.
Stir in cornmeal and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add egg yolks and oil.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Fold in egg whites and then pour into a well-greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
