Heavenly Hawaiian Cream
|Pineapple tidbits||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Marshmallows/2 cups tiny marshmallows||1⁄4 Pound, cut in eighths|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into fourths|
|Whipped heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Slivered blanched almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted|
|Shredded coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the syrup.
Combine pineapple, marshmallows, cherries, and reserved 1/4 CUP syrup.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into dessert dishes and chill.
To serve, sprinkle with nuts and top with coconut.
