American Chop Suey
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Celery||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Stock||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and cubed (Carrots, String Beans, Peas, Turnips, Parsnips)|
|Meat/Chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and cut into thin strips|
|Bean||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sprouts||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Lightly saute onion and celery.
Add salt, yeast and stock.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add vegetables and meat.
Simmer for another 3 minutes.
