  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced into rings
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

Heat shortening in cooker.
Tan the celery and onions in the fat.
Add the rest of ingredients in order given; mix together well.
Close cover securely and set pressure regulator in place.
When the regulator rocks gently, cook for 3 minutes.
Cool at once under running water; serve.
