|Long grain wild rice||6 Ounce|
|Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp, remove bacon, crumble, and set aside.
Saute onion in drippings until tender.
Prepare rice according to package directions, cook 10 minutes.
Stir in crumbled bacon, onion, and pecans.
Cook an additional 15 minutes or until rice is done.
