Seasoned Popovers

  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Beat eggs at medium speed of an electric mixer until frothy.
Add remaining ingredients, continue beating just until smooth.
Place a well-greased muffin pan in a 450° oven for 3 minutes or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in muffin cup.
Remove pan from oven, fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with batter.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°, and bake an additional 25 minutes.
Remove pan from oven, and serve popovers immediately while warm.
