Beat eggs at medium speed of an electric mixer until frothy.
Add remaining ingredients, continue beating just until smooth.
Place a well-greased muffin pan in a 450Â° oven for 3 minutes or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in muffin cup.
Remove pan from oven, fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with batter.
Bake at 450Â° for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350Â°, and bake an additional 25 minutes.
Remove pan from oven, and serve popovers immediately while warm.
