Hawaiian Sweet Sour Ham

Ingredients
  Cubed cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Corn starch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple tidbits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Place ham in 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Combine sugar and corn starch in 1-quart measure.
Drain juice from pineapple tidbits into sugar mixture.
Stir in mustard, vinegar and water.
Pour over ham.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes on HIGH, or until sauce is thickened.
Stir in pineapple.
Microwave 1 minute on HIGH.
Stir in salt.
Serve over cooked rice.
