Crab Gumbo

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) (Pressed Or Minced)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen okra 10 Ounce (Partially Defrosted And Sliced)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Canned crabmeat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and broken up with fork
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine onion, celery, green pepper, garlic and butter in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add okra, tomatoes and seasonings.
Cover tightly.
Microwave 12 minutes on HIGH, or until okra is tender and mixture is bubbly.
Remove bay leaf.
Add crab meat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
