|Frozen okra||10 Ounce (Partially Defrosted And Sliced)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Canned crabmeat||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and broken up with fork|
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine onion, celery, green pepper, garlic and butter in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add okra, tomatoes and seasonings.
Microwave 12 minutes on HIGH, or until okra is tender and mixture is bubbly.
Remove bay leaf.
Add crab meat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
