|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||8 Ounce|
Combine bacon and onion in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Crumble ground beef into casserole.
Microwave 3 minutes on HIGH, or until meat is set, stirring once.
Add remaining ingredients.
Microwave 5 to 8 minutes on HIGH, stirring once.
Serve over rice.
