Easy Beef Stew Supreme
|Beef round steak||2 Pound, cut in 0.5 -inch cubes|
|Italian dressing||8 Ounce|
|Onion||2 Medium, quartered|
|Potatoes||4 , quartered|
|Carrots||4 , quartered|
|Condensed tomato soup||21 Ounce (Undiluted)|
Marinate beef overnight in Italian dressing.
Combine with onions, potatoes and carrots in 4-quart casserole.
Cover with soup.
Add bay leaves, salt and pepper.
Microwave 60 minutes on '6', or until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring twice.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
For ovens without solid state heat control, Microwave 72 minutes on '5'.
