Easy Popovers

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
Directions

Sift the flour and salt into a bowl.
Combine the milk and well-beaten eggs and stir gradually into the dry ingredients to make a smooth batter.
Beat with a rotary egg beater for about 2 minutes.
Fill hot greased muffin pans two thirds full.
Bake in a hot oven (450 F ) about 35 minutes until they pop.
Reduce the heat to moderate (about 350 F ) and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serve immediately
