Beef Stew And Biscuits
|Refrigerated biscuits||3 Pound|
|Frozen onion||9 Ounce (In Cream Sauce, Prepared As Directed)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce|
|Dry white wine||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||12 (Flak Style)|
In a flame-proof casserole, combine beef stew, onions, peas and 1/2 t basil.
Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Top with biscuits, sprinkle remaining basil over all.
Bake as directed on biscuit package.
Note: It is important that stew mixture be very hot before topping with the biscuits.
The heat is required to cook the bottom of the biscuits properly
