|Carrots||8 Ounce, coarsely shredded (225 gram)|
|Celery sticks||3 , finely sliced|
|Watercress||1 Bunch (100 gm), base of stems removed, chopped|
|Green apple||4 Ounce, diced (100 gram)|
|Lemon juice/Orange juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Sultanas||2 Ounce (50 gram)|
|Hazelnuts||2 Ounce, toasted and chopped (50 gram)|
|Plain unsweetened yogurt||1⁄4 Pint (150 milliliter)|
|Wine vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried tarragon/Crushed caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pepper||1 1⁄4 Pinch (1 large pinch)|
|Cottage cheese||1 Pound (450 gram)|
1. Mix all the ingredients except the cottage cheese in a large bowl, making sure the apple is quickly coated in the lemon or orange juice.
2. Spoon the cottage cheese on to the other ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
