Ingredients
  White cabbage 8 Ounce, finely shredded (225 gram)
  Carrots 8 Ounce, coarsely shredded (225 gram)
  Celery sticks 3 , finely sliced
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm), base of stems removed, chopped
  Green apple 4 Ounce, diced (100 gram)
  Lemon juice/Orange juice 2 Teaspoon
  Sultanas 2 Ounce (50 gram)
  Hazelnuts 2 Ounce, toasted and chopped (50 gram)
  Plain unsweetened yogurt 1⁄4 Pint (150 milliliter)
  Wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon/Crushed caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 1⁄4 Pinch (1 large pinch)
  Cottage cheese 1 Pound (450 gram)
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients except the cottage cheese in a large bowl, making sure the apple is quickly coated in the lemon or orange juice.
2. Spoon the cottage cheese on to the other ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
