Chicken And Sausage Gumbo
|Polish sausage||1⁄4 Pound, cut into 16 inch pieces|
|Celery stalks||2 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chicken broth||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except chicken and rice in a 3-quart microproof casserole.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 15 to 17 minutes.
Stir in chicken.
Cover and cook on HI, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon hot cooked rice into soup bowls.
Fill bowls with hot gumbo.
