Ingredients
  Beef stew meat 3 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes
  Canned onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (Liquid)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Port wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole.
Bake for 2 hours at 325° F.
If desired, cook the stew the night before, cutting cooking time to 1 1/2 hours.
Refrigerate.
The following evening, pop the casserole into the oven for 45 minutes.
