Tofu And Lettuce Salad In Cajun Style

How to make a tofu cajun salad. Mouth water, simple dish, served up with Alia's usual silly antics and a special dance number.
Ingredients
  Extra firm tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Organic)
  Red leaf lettuce 1 (Organic)
  Romaine lettuce 1 (Organic)
  English cucumber 1
  Tomatoes 2
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chilli sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Bacon bits 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Imitation)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Ground sage 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cajun Tofu Salad:
Put the tofu strips in a oily skillet over low heat. Flip them over when the bottom side is lightly browned. Add soya sauce, chili sauce and garlic powder to the tofu strips. Evenly coat all the tofu strips with this dressing and remove from heat.

In a big salad bowl separate the leaves from the green and wash then under running cold water. While washing rip them off in smaller size. Rinse thoroughly and drain the water. Add the cucumber and tomatoes to the lettuce. Put the tofu strips and dressing. Finally sprinkle the bacon bits on the salad. Toss well.

Basic Vinaigrette:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
