Cheese Puffin Popovers
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2ml)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
In a bowl combine flour and salt.
Add eggs, milk and cheese, stirring until just smooth.
Spoon batter into ramekins, filling only half full.
Set cups on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Do not open oven before done or the puffins will fall.
