Cheese Puffin Popovers

Try these cheese puffin popovers for a snacky recipe that can be served anytime. Baked with cheese and milk for an extra smooth taste, this muffin popover recipe is sure to satiate your hunger pangs.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2ml)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

In a bowl combine flour and salt.
Add eggs, milk and cheese, stirring until just smooth.
Spoon batter into ramekins, filling only half full.
Set cups on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Do not open oven before done or the puffins will fall.
Serve hot.
