|Unsweetened apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Tablespoon|
Combine mayonnaise and apple juice in a medium bowl, stirring until mixture is smooth.
Stir in diced celery, raisins, and walnuts.
Core apples; dice and immediately fold into mayonnaise mixture, stirring well.
Transfer mixture to a 1-quart casserole, cover and bake at 350Â° for 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated.
