Crisp Oatmeal Cookies
|Rolled oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pastry flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cream together rolled oats, shortening and sugar.
Add milk gradually and continue beating until creamy.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Cut in desired shape and bake in a moderate oven of 350°F. for about 10 min.
