Whole Wheat Popovers
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 450Â°.
Generously grease six 6-ounce custard cups.
Mix all ingredients with hand beater just until smooth (do not over-beat).
Fill cups about 1/2 full.
Bake 20 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350Â°.
Bake 20 minutes longer.
Immediately remove from cups; serve hot.
