|Bell pepper||1 , cored, seeded and chopped (red, or green)|
|Boiled dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs) (see box)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed with 1/2 teaspoon salt|
|Celery stalk||3 , chopped|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Teaspoon|
|Chili sauce/Ketchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
Method Blanch the pepper in boiling water for 1 minute; refresh and drain.
Stir into boiled dressing with remaining ingredients.
Season generously with salt, pepper, sugar and a dash of Tabasco.
Sauce should have the consistency of mayon- naise.
