Alabama Sauce

Ingredients
  Bell pepper 1 , cored, seeded and chopped (red, or green)
  Boiled dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs) (see box)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed with 1/2 teaspoon salt
  Celery stalk 3 , chopped
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce/Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Method Blanch the pepper in boiling water for 1 minute; refresh and drain.
Stir into boiled dressing with remaining ingredients.
Season generously with salt, pepper, sugar and a dash of Tabasco.
Sauce should have the consistency of mayon- naise.
