New Orleans Muffuletta

New Orleans Muffuletta, one of the favorite sandwiches of Mardi Gras. This is my contribution to the Tastemade Mardi Gras collaboration.
Ingredients
  Ciabatta bread loaf 1 Large
  Italian olive salad 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Smoked ham 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Genoa salami 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Mortadella 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Mozzarella cheese slices 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1. Slice the ciabatta lengthwise and take out some bread from the center of top slice. Set aside.
2. On bottom slice, spread the oil from Italian olive salad and top with smoked ham, followed by genoa salami, mortadella and mozzarella cheese. Set aside.
3. Fill the top slice with olive salad and carefully laid over the bottom slice. Wrap it with an aluminum foil and refrigerate for 3 hours.

SERVING
4. Slice the sandwich and serve with some soft drinks.
