|Buttermilk biscuits tube||22 1⁄2 Ounce (3 cans)|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2)Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
3)In a plastic bag put the white sugar, cinnamon and biscuits and shake the bag until the biscuits are well coated.
4)Spray over a pan or any baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
5)Layer 1/2 the biscuits into pan.
6)Heat the sauce pan on a medium flame and add butter and melt it.
7)Add brown sugar to the same pan and melt well.
8)Pour 1/2 the butter-sugar mix over the biscuits and add the remaining biscuits into the pan.
9)Pour rest of the butter-sugar mix over biscuits and place the pan in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
10)Serve warm or after cooling and enjoy!
To make sure cutting the biscuits is easier, place the biscuits on a cutting board and roll a pizza cutter on them to cut them into quarters.
