Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped coarsely
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2 Small
  Hot sauce 4 Drop
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (3 Ounce)
  Cooked cleaned shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in frypan; saute onion, celery and garlic until tender but not brown.
Add flour and seasonings; stir until blended.
Stir in green pepper and tomatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp; heat through.
