|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped coarsely|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Bay leaf||1⁄2 Small|
|Hot sauce||4 Drop|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||1 Pound (3 Ounce)|
|Cooked cleaned shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt butter in frypan; saute onion, celery and garlic until tender but not brown.
Add flour and seasonings; stir until blended.
Stir in green pepper and tomatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp; heat through.
