Mormon Jellied Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon flavored gelatin 3 Ounce
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pineapple tidbits/Cut pineapple chunks in half 13 1⁄4 Ounce
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce
  Bananas 2
  Maraschino cherries 10
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat pineapple juice to boiling point. Add to gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add orange juice. Chill. When gelatin thickens but is not set, beat with electric mixer until frothy. Whip cream until stiff; fold into gelatin. Blend in fruit and nuts. Set in individual molds or in square pan. Serve as a salad or dessert.
