Bread Pudding is one the most versatile desserts eaten all across the world from United Kingdom to Argentina, from United States to Philippines. There is no better way to use stale hard bread. The recipe transforms something unusable into something to die for. This is my take on the classic bread pudding.

Story
While growing up, I remember my mother baking bread pudding every month religiously, she used to hide oats, almonds etc in the pudding! I still remember her variation on the classic dessert, you name it and she tried it. Have you thought of eating banana and oat bread pudding, well I have had it countless times and mind you it is fabulous. I was trying to introduce Raspberry jam to my three year old since I often get to hear from her school that she refuses to try Jam and Coleslaw sandwiches when served at meal time. Well, I thought of trying my mom's trick on Zoya and let me tell you as I expected, it worked!! This is the most basic version of my mom's recipe with an addition of raspberry jam. Try it with your finicky toddler or kid and who knows, it might be a new food introduction base for you!!!!!
