|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lobster meat/2 (5-ounce) cans lobster cut into bite-size pieces||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Toast slices/Patty shells||6|
Make a white sauce, using butter or margarine, flour, seasonings and milk.
Add lobster meat, and heat thoroughly.
Add wine just before serving.
Serve on toast or in patty shells.
