Lobster Newburg

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lobster meat/2 (5-ounce) cans lobster cut into bite-size pieces 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Toast slices/Patty shells 6
Directions

Make a white sauce, using butter or margarine, flour, seasonings and milk.
Add lobster meat, and heat thoroughly.
Add wine just before serving.
Serve on toast or in patty shells.
