|Cooked crabmeat||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Flake crabmeat, and combine with next 4 ingredients.
Brush bread slices on 1 side with 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Then fry on buttered side until golden brown.
Heap crab mixture on unbuttered side; combine bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, and sprinkle over crab.
Bake at 400Ã‚Â°F. 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
