Quick Corn Chowder Mormon Style

Ingredients
  Canned cream style corn 32 Ounce
  Onion 1 Medium
  Milk/Part half-and-half 1 Quart
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Whipped cream 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Whirl corn and onion in blender in batches until smooth. Combine blended mixture in saucepan with milk. Heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve piping hot with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
