Quick Corn Chowder Mormon Style
|Canned cream style corn||32 Ounce|
|Milk/Part half-and-half||1 Quart|
|Whipped cream||1 Teaspoon|
Whirl corn and onion in blender in batches until smooth. Combine blended mixture in saucepan with milk. Heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve piping hot with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
