When visiting Chicago you will find street carts serving the ever popular Chicago Dog with the works. An all beef hot dog served on a poppy seed bun and not to mention the other 7 ingredients on top.

Ingredients

Beef hot dog 1 ((Vienna Beef Hot Dog))
Poppy seed bun 1 , steamed
Yellow mustard To Taste ((Classic Yellow Mustard))
Pickled relish To Taste
White onion 2 Teaspoon , finely chopped ((or to taste))
Tomato slices 2 ((fresh))
Dill pickle strip 1 ((Kosher Pickle Spear))
Pepper 2 ((Sport Peppers))
Celery salt 1 Dash

Directions

MAKING

1. Into simmering water, place the hot dog and simmer until it reaches an internal temperature of 170-180 degrees.

2. Into the poppy seed bun, place the hot dog and top it with yellow mustard, pickled relish, onion, tomato, pickle spear, sport pepper, and celery salt.

SERVING

3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
