Hashbrown Breakfast Salad - Delicious Odyssey Ep. 15

This Breakfast Salad will wow your tastebuds. Simple, healthy & delicious!
Ingredients
  Mixed greens 100 Gram
  Juice of lemon 1
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon (just a drizzle)
  Salt To Taste
  Crushed black pepper To Taste
  Avocado 1 , chopped
  Red bell pepper 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Pickled jalapeno peppers slices To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Hash brown 150 Gram
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

MAKING
2. In a large plate, lay mixed green and sprinkle avocado, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper on top.
3. Drizzle dressing on salad and top it with hash brown chunks.
4. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

TIPS
You add bacon if desired.
