Casheeze Vegan Cheese Sauce is a great replacement for a traditional cheese sauce. It has similar texture and taste. It is great on veggies, potatoes, rice, pasta, corn chips or tofu hot dogs. Simple ingredients and quick to make!
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1. In blender, add water, cashew, yeast, turmeric, paprika, and salt. Blend for about a minute or until smooth.
2. Into a saucepan pour the mixture. Place the saucepan on medium heat, stir and cook to get desired thickness.
3. Serve sauce over veggies, rice, pasta, or baked potato.
Store sauce in refrigerator for about a week. Just add a tablespoon of water and heat sauce before serving to get the right consistency.
