Mormon Pecan Spread
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 package)|
|Sliced dried beef||2 1⁄2 Ounce, slivered (1 jar)|
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Dehydrated onion flakes/1/2 medium onion, chopped||2 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat pecans in butter and salt in frying pan until crisp. Blend cream cheese and milk. Add dried beef, green pepper, onion flakes, and sour cream. Spoon into pie plate. Top with nuts. Bake 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
